Manage your account

You can view and manage your account on the My Account page. Some of the things you can do include:

    • View & Update your Personal Information
    • Change your Theme
    • Manage & Update Emergency Contacts
    • Set 2 Factor Authentication Rules
    • Manage You Quick Selects
    • Set your Dashboard Options

To manage your account click [Your Name] => My Account

You will arrive on your My Account page.

Personal Information

To modify your personal information details, click Edit My Info.

Shaded fields are NOT editable by the employee.

User Names

  • Can only be updated by an Admin
  • Are NOT Case Sensitive
  • Are normally your email address
  • Can include characters, numbers and spaces
  • Must be between 4 and 40 characters

Passwords

  • ARE Case Sensitive
  • Must be between 6 and 25 characters

Themes

Our software has two themes, Light & Dark. You may select a new theme by using the Theme selection box to select a new theme or use the Light /Dark theme switcher in the navigation bar. You can also separately adjust the navbar theme itself.

You can also temporairoy adjust the theme using the navbar switcher

Edit as necessary and click Save Changes.

Change Password

To change your password click the Change Password button

Emergency Contacts Tab

If your agency uses this feature you can manage up to three emergency contacts in this area.

Assignments & Promotions Tab

If your agency uses this feature , this area will show your historical assignments and promotions. 

2FA & Login Settings

You can manage your 2 Factor and login settings on this tab.

Dashboard Options

There are several dashboard options that can be customized (toggled on/off) per user. 

The following options are available at this time:

    • Show My Assigned Work Orders On Dashboard - This option displays a list of active work orders on your dashboard.
    • Show Chat/Support Button - (toggles chat/support everywhere except dashboard)
    • Show Recurring Maintenance Reminders On Dashboard- (requires permission)
    • Show Assigned Directed Patrols On Dashboard- (requires permission)
    • Show House Watch Review Requests On Dashboard - (requires permission)
    • Show New Vehicle Inspection Button On Dashboard
    • Change Home Page - (page you are redirected to after a successful login)
    • Show Low Stock Warnings On Dashboard - (requires permission)
    • Show Assigned House Watch's On Dashboard - (requires permission)

Changing your Home Page

If you always go to specific page after logging in, you can select what page you are redirected to after a successful login.  This feature must be turned on by your system admin. Once it is available you will ba able to toggle this feature on or off.

  1. To activate this feature toggle it on
  2. You will then see a new button: Update home page.
  3. Click Update home page which open's a model where you select your new home page. 
  4. (The pages to select from depend on your permission level in the software)
  5. To turn this feature off, toggle it off.
