Bulk Work Orders
This feature is only visible to Module Managers
If you need to generate multiple work orders within the same module, you can use the Bulk Work Order process. The flow is identical to that of Bulk Maintenance.
To access the module, navigate to Manage => Bulk Work Orders
Once there you select the module you with to work with
Then click Begin Bulk Work Order.
Fill out the form and select the assets you wish to create work orders for.
Bulk Work Order Emails, do NOT go out like typical Work Orders. The software will only send emails to the person(s) selected to be emailed.
At the bottom of the form, select the person you wish to receive notifications about these new bulk work orders.
Click Create Bulk Work Orders
A separate Work order will be created for each item selected, however only a single email will go out.
If you were to view the Work Order page you would see the new work orders created.
Activating Bulk Work Enhancement
You can activate this feature in the Agency Configs, by toggling the Use Bulk Work Order Enhancement toggle on the bottom of the Agency Configs => Work Order Tab.
