Using the Forfeiture Kanban Board
The Kanban Board provides a visual workflow view of your cases organized by status.
Accessing the Kanban:
- Navigate to Forfeitures
- Click Kanban in the view toggle (top right)
Board Layout:
- Each column represents a status
- Cards show key case information
- Scroll horizontally to see all status columns
Card Information: Each card displays:
- Case number
- Asset type icon and description
- Estimated value
- Owner name
- Days since seizure
Moving Cards: Drag and drop cards between columns to update their status. The record is automatically saved when you drop the card.
Quick View: Click a card to open a quick summary. Click View Full Record to go to the complete View page.
Filtering: Use the filter options above the board to show only certain categories or asset types.
