Employee Evaluations - Supervisors/Evaluators

Creating an Evaluation

  1. Navigate to New => Evaluation
  2. Choose an Evaluation Template
  3. Optionally enter a title
  4. Select the Employee to be evaluated
  5. Set the Evaluation Period (start and end dates)
  6. Click Continue To Evaluation

Completing an Evaluation

  1. Open the evaluation from your dashboard or the Evaluations list
  2. For each category, provide ratings and comments as required by the template
  3. Add any overall comments in the final Comments section
  4. When finished, click Compete Evaluation to start the workflow

Responding to Appeals

If an employee files an appeal on an evaluation you created:

  1. You will receive an email notification about the appeal
  2. A notification will appear on your dashboard

  3. Open the evaluation and review the employee's appeal reason

  4. Click Respond to Appeal and select your decision:
    • Grant Appeal - The evaluation returns to draft status for revision
    • Deny Appeal - The evaluation remains as-is


  5. Add any additional comments and optionally CC others on your response
  6. Click Submit Response
