Prisoner Check

Overview

This article explains how to perform a standard prisoner check in 911 Tech.

Steps

1. Navigate to the Prisoner Check dashboard From the main dashboard, select New Prisoner Check. This brings you to the Prisoner Check dashboard. Depending on your setup, this may also be your starting point if you have 911 Tech open on your phone, iPad, or desktop.

2. Select the prisoner Click on the card of the prisoner you want to check.

3. Submit the check Select the appropriate status from your agency's configured options (e.g., Laying Down) and click Submit. That's it — the check is logged.

Updating Check Frequency

If circumstances change and a prisoner requires more frequent monitoring:

1. Click Update Frequency from the Prisoner Check dashboard
2. Select the prisoner
3. Select the new frequency
4. Click Update Frequency

The card will update to reflect the new interval. For example, selecting a 15-minute frequency for a prisoner on suicide watch will display the suicide watch flag on their card.

Notes

• Check status options are configured per agency by your administrator.
• Frequency can be updated at any time as circumstances change.
